What is a Rubber Ducky Race, you ask? The rubber ducks will be launched near the Sheep River Bridge with the assistance of a few local mascots. The rubber duckies will journey down the river, under the Laurie Boyd bridge to the finish line. If your adoption paper's number matches the number on the bottom of the winning duck... you win! Volunteers with Simpora Foundation will make sure that no duck is left behind.
To participate, adopt a duck or a flock and cheer on your ducks as they sail through the river to the finish line. One lucky duck will win the first place prize of $2000, second place winner $1000, third place $500 and last place $250.
Will you adopt the lucky duck?
